During these 3 part series of webinars, Presenter, Mark Gavoor, Managing Partner of Cadent Resources Group LLC introduces the concept of Supply Chain Physics, formalizes the Supply Chain Physics model and puts the concept of Supply Chain Physics into action driving improvement across all functions. During the third and final installment, Mark will summarize what was learned during Part 1 & 2 of this series, he will then discuss how to put the Supply Chain Physics concept into action in terms of enhancing communication and driving improvement across all functions. You might think of this as the webinar where Supply Chain Physics meets Organizational Dynamics and Change Management.
